2. The Pixel Canvas

• Pixels are sold in blocks of 10x10. Minimum purchase is 100 pixels.
• Purchased pixels are reserved for you as long as the website is active.
• You are purchasing the right to display an image and a link on the pixels you select.

3. Content Guidelines

To keep the canvas safe for everyone, the following content is strictly prohibited:

• Adult content, pornography, or explicit material.
• Hate speech, racism, or discrimination of any kind.
• Illegal activities, phishing, or malware links.
• Copyright-infringing material.

We reserve the right to review, reject, or remove any content or link that violates these rules without providing a refund.

4. Payments and Refunds

All sales are final. Because pixels are permanently reserved upon purchase, we cannot issue refunds once a transaction is completed and the pixels are activated on the canvas.

5. Service Availability

We strive to keep Pixelaty.com online 24/7. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and will not be held liable for temporary downtime due to maintenance or technical issues.
